Delicious Date

Have you ever wanted something and someone talks you out of it for whatever reason? Well I wanted to get the baby his Mickey Mouse in the house highchair that goes with his diaper bag, swing & playard... I got talked out of it a month or so ago and now that collection is discontinued to make room for 2012s new line... Ugh I hate when I listen to people now I can not find it anywhere...how sad for me... Well now I need a highchair & like always I don't like anything at all... You would think they would have some cute stuff for boys but they don't! On a better note! Looks like we might be hitting the parks next month... Yay Me!!! I have not gotten a chance to enjoy an adult dinner so looks like its time for a reservation for Blue Bayou! I have had some DL clam chowder last visit I do recommend it makes a great lunch. I also recommend Big Thunder Ranch BBQ best food loved the chicken & let me tell ya I hate chicken with a skin & bone but, this chicken was Great! They also had my sons & nephews birthday cake ready to go as they began to sing and party guest were all pleased with their meal & service! I would do another birthday there again! Any who love that it's that time again time to visit my favorite place ever! Disneyland!!!

First Easter...ready... set... Go!

Ok, so our trip to Disneyland was rescheduled to a different weekend. I guess it's best for Amir to have his first Easter at home, Isaiah prefers Disneyland then being home but oh well can't win them all. I love getting things ready, making two Easter baskets has been so much fun. If you need ideas for an infants Easter basket here's what I put in his basket: two Disney plates, two starter sippy cups, infant spoon & fork, can't forget his Easter bunny, and last I always put swim shorts with matching tank top. I, no matter what age always put swim shorts or/and pool toys in baskets. Pool & swim stuff always makes for a great filler and can be great at any age. plus swim shorts get lost, miss placed or borrowed an never returned. As for my oldest who recently turned 10 years I put puzzles, new color markers an Disney color books for our long drives, swim shorts, three candy eggs, a water bottle for the parks, and the teacher in me gave him some chapter books for reading. Major tip: When making Easter baskets Do Nor buy the basket bags! They Never fit! Stick to the roll of clear color wrap 😃 If your still having trouble with infant Easter basket put things they need (cups, plates, clothes, teethers, swim suit and swim ring) and get rid of candy use teething cookies or Gerber treats.

My new beginning!

Love being a mom! I just had a new little guy thank God for after 10years he blesses me with a new little guy we happily named Amir Antonio Singh! Amir meaning Prince and Antonio after my beloved grandpa who sadly passed before his arrival 🚼 Love my new little guy this past month (4mo) he learned to roll over and has been teething like crazy! I am still trying to get back in the groove of things at work and balancing family life. We also just became Annual Pass Holders at Disneyland! Which means lots of Disney trips this year and we just booked a visit for the summer to go to Disneyland & to check out for the first time the San Diego Zoo! Trip tip #1 for infants if it rain during your trip at Disneyland wear water resistant shoes when it rains cause the wheels from the stroller leave your poor little feet cold & wet...lol
